Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

To qualify for a standard return, products must generally be new, unused, in resalable condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our Customer Service team and may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customer-initiated returns may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable return-label fees. Items that are not in resalable condition may be subject to additional restrictions or fees as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products that are defective or affected by an error attributable to VANWIN will be handled according to the applicable return or warranty policy.

9. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Eligible VANWIN products are covered by our applicable product warranty.

Our current paddle warranty provides coverage against qualifying manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Warranty Policy.

The warranty does not generally cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, theft, loss, worn grip tape, cosmetic fading, or other excluded conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory warranty or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
