Warranty Policy
Our products come with a 1-YEAR WARRANTY from the original purchase date. Any issues determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be covered by VanWin — we'll send you a replacement paddle, free of charge.
What's Not Covered
1. Damage from improper usage, normal play wear, negligence, abuse, or accidents
2. Theft or loss of items
3. Fading graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear
Eligibility
1. You must be the original purchaser
2. VanWin reserves the right to examine all products for defects
3. Warranty claims are accepted at the discretion of VanWin
