Eligibility

1. Items must be new, unused, and include original packaging and all accessories
2. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
3. All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number


Return Window

1. 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
2. Items in new, resalable condition with all original packaging qualify for a full refund
Items not in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee
3. Paddles deemed unacceptable for resale are not eligible for return
4. A $6 return label fee will be deducted from each return


Shipping Costs

1. Our error or product defect: Return shipping is free of charge
2. Customer-initiated returns/exchanges: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Processing Time

1. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
2. If approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days


How to Return or Exchange

1. Email support@vanwinsports.com with your issue and photos
2. Our team will review and issue an RMA number
3. Ship the item back using the original packaging when possible
4. Await inspection and refund
